Be part of a team that serves more than just meals. As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Secret Bay, you’ll help create meaningful guest experiences through courteous service, seamless presentation, and attention to every detail of the dining journey.
Responsibility
- Assist with food and beverage service in all guest areas
- Prepare dining spaces and ensure cleanliness
- Deliver in-villa meals and beverages promptly
- Maintain stock and inventory of service items
- Support kitchen staff with basic tasks when required
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Uphold resort standards for presentation and hygiene
- Attend briefings and follow service instructions
- Respond to guest requests in a timely manner
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to cleanliness and presentation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Polite and professional attitude
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
- Ability to carry trays and lift moderately heavy items
- Team player with a passion for hospitality
