Fort Young Hotel is looking for a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Hostess to welcome and assist guests in our dining areas. The ideal candidate will ensure a memorable dining experience with exceptional service. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, we invite you to join our team.
Responsibility
- Welcome and seat guests in the dining area
- Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements
- Provide menus and inform guests of specials
- Assist with guest inquiries and special requests
- Ensure the dining area is clean and well-presented
- Support waitstaff in providing excellent service
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
