Job Description
Pinard's Mountain Resort Inc. is seeking a dedicated Gardener to maintain and enhance the resort’s lush landscapes. This role involves planting, pruning, and ensuring the gardens remain vibrant and well-kept, creating a welcoming outdoor experience for guests.
Responsibility
- Maintain resort gardens, lawns, and green spaces
- Plant, prune, and trim trees, flowers, and shrubs
- Water and fertilize plants to ensure healthy growth
- Monitor plant health and address any pests or diseases
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
- Ensure walking paths and outdoor spaces are neat and accessible
- Assist in seasonal landscaping projects and enhancements
- Follow safety procedures and environmental best practices
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation, and pest control
- Ability to operate gardening tools and machinery safely
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work
- Physical stamina for lifting, digging, and prolonged outdoor activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
