Responsibility
- Assisting passengers with inquiries and boarding processes
- Coordinating luggage handling and transport
- Maintaining safety and security in operational areas
- Organizing workflow to ensure timely operations
- Supporting emergency response as required
- Monitoring and reporting operational issues
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols

Dominica Air and Sea Ports Authority (DASPA) is charged with providing a coordinated and integrated system of airports, seaports, port services, as well as managing the assets, liabilities, resources, and functions of the ports. The DASPA Act allows the Authority to contract out any of these responsibilities, with the authorization of the Minister. DASPA provides tailgating, stevedoring and longshore services at the seaports while ground handling is provided by private local companies at the airports.
