Responsibility
- Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Assist with carpentry and masonry tasks as needed
- Operate and maintain various maintenance equipment and tools
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify repair needs
- Respond to work orders and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Assist with general upkeep and cleaning of work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Ensure tools and materials are stored securely and organized
Experience and Qualifications
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Carpentry / Masonry
- Handling maintenance equipment
- Willing to learn new skills
- Driver’s License preferred
