Responsibility
- Monitor and record vital signs and health metrics
- Assist in managing medications and treatments
- Provide guidance on health and wellness plans
- Offer emotional and physical support to seniors
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals as needed
- Educate seniors on healthy habits and preventative care
- Ensure proper documentation of care activities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the care environment
Experience and Qualifications
- Medical background or certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in basic medical recordkeeping
- Flexibility to adapt to seniors’ varying needs
