Job Description
Issa Trading Ltd is hiring an I.T Technician to oversee computer systems, provide technical support, and maintain hardware and software efficiency. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of IT experience, expertise in troubleshooting, and familiarity with LAN/WAN connectivity, operating systems, and programming languages.
Responsibility
- Collaborates with other IT personnel to uphold company operations by installing, repairing, and updating computer software or hardware for employees.
- Uses knowledge of computer systems to assist company employees in completing their job duties effectively.
- Responsible for taking inventory of computer hardware and installation tools or placing orders for devices like routers or keyboards as needed.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3-5 Years of experience in the field
- I.T troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Onsite and remote technical support
- Up-to-date knowledge of computer operating systems
- LAN and WAN connectivity and maintenance
- Computer hardware systems and components
- Programming languages
- Software proficiency
- Technical writing
