Job Description
As an IT Technician at Dominica Air and Sea Ports Authority -(DASPA), you’ll maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, ensuring seamless operations across departments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Maintain and update IT infrastructure
- Provide technical support to staff
- Monitor network performance and security
- Install and configure new systems and software

Experience and Qualifications
- Associate Degree in IT or related fields.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks

Dominica Air and Sea Ports Authority (DASPA) is charged with providing a coordinated and integrated system of airports, seaports, port services, as well as managing the assets, liabilities, resources, and functions of the ports. The DASPA Act allows the Authority to contract out any of these responsibilities, with the authorization of the Minister. DASPA provides tailgating, stevedoring and longshore services at the seaports while ground handling is provided by private local companies at the airports.
