Responsibility

• Conduct complex diagnostic tests and analyze results
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare and handle samples for testing
• Document test results accurately and update patient records
• Train and supervise junior lab staff
• Implement quality control measures to ensure test reliability
• Support research initiatives and clinical studies

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Certification from a recognized laboratory board
• Proficiency in diagnostic and analytical procedures
• Experience with laboratory information systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality control standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
