Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Landscaping Technician to keep the Secret Bay grounds beautiful and well-maintained. You will be responsible for all aspects of landscaping, including planting, pruning, and irrigation. If you love working with plants and nature, apply now.
Responsibility
- Maintain and care for all resort gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces.
- Plant, prune, and trim trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure healthy plant growth.
- Keep pathways, lawns, and common areas clean and well-maintained.
- Identify and treat any plant diseases or pests.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with the groundskeeping team to plan landscaping projects.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping.
- Knowledge of plant care, horticulture, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers and trimmers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to identify and treat plant health issues.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
