Responsibility

• Oversee daily operations of the ground handling company
• Lead and supervise staff across departments
• Implement strategic plans and operational improvements
• Maintain compliance with aviation and safety regulations
• Liaise with clients and airport partners
• Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Ensure vehicle and equipment readiness
• Prepare reports and update stakeholders on performance

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies or similar field
• At least 6 years of proven leadership experience
• Holder of a valid U.S. visa
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Strong organizational and team management skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
