Responsibility
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat products.
- Maintain high hygiene standards during preparation.
- Package and label meat for display.
- Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed.
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment.
- Assist customers with meat selection and special requests.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in meat cutting or similar.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to use meat-cutting equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility for weekend shifts.
