Job Description

H.H.V Whitchurch & Co Ltd. seeking an experienced Merchandiser to enhance our sales by implementing effective point-of-purchase and shelf management strategies. Your role is critical in ensuring that the right products are available at the right place, time, quantity, and price. You will collaborate closely with buyers, suppliers, and distributors to optimize product placement and meet customer needs.

Responsibility

• Analyze sales and market data to forecast product needs
• Collaborate with suppliers and distributors on product procurement
• Optimize product displays to boost customer engagement and sales
• Manage inventory levels and store layouts
• Monitor and adjust pricing and promotions based on market trends
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Proven experience in merchandising and retail
• Creativity in product display and marketing strategies
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with various teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in merchandising software and tools
• Commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices
