PK Shipping is hiring a reliable Office Assistant to handle logistics documentation, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks. Applicants must reside in Portsmouth and demonstrate strong communication and computer skills.
Responsibility
- Address customer inquiries
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Provide administrative support
- Handle phone calls, emails, & correspondence
- Assist with shipping logistics & documentation
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, & other office documents
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
Experience and Qualifications
- Must reside in Portsmouth
- High school diploma
- Ability to work independently & in a team
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
