Hi-Tech North Side Empire is hiring a dedicated Office Clerk to support administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of data entry, and detail-oriented. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate records are essential for this role in a dynamic construction environment.
Responsibility
- Perform accurate data entry
- Maintain office records and filing systems
- Prepare and edit documents and forms
- Communicate effectively via email and phone
- Support day-to-day administrative functions
- Operate POS software
- Assist in office inventory management
- Coordinate with internal departments
Experience and Qualifications
- High school diploma or college degree
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage records and reports efficiently
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Organized and able to multitask
