Job Description
Simexx Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and scale our operations. This senior management role is crucial in driving the success of our services for both local and diaspora communities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven leadership track record, capable of overseeing operations, fostering partnerships, and identifying new growth opportunities in both local and regional markets.
You will work closely with the CEO and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans aimed at expanding our market presence, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving business development. The role requires an individual who is not only focused on delivering operational excellence but is also committed to nurturing relationships with partners, authorities, and stakeholders.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand Simexx’s market presence and service portfolio, both regionally and globally.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging Simexx’s strengths and capabilities.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Oversee service delivery to ensure exceptional quality, high customer satisfaction, and continuous operational improvements.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and performance management of local teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, local authorities, and potential business partners.
- Manage the operational budget, resource allocation, and operational KPIs to meet company objectives.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in operations and service management.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
- Deep understanding of the local and regional private and public service landscapes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with adaptability and resourcefulness.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Kweyol, French, or Spanish is highly preferred.
