Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate port operations across departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Oversee logistics, cargo management, and transportation schedules.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.

Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations or logistics.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Dominica Air and Sea Ports Authority (DASPA) is charged with providing a coordinated and integrated system of airports, seaports, port services, as well as managing the assets, liabilities, resources, and functions of the ports. The DASPA Act allows the Authority to contract out any of these responsibilities, with the authorization of the Minister. DASPA provides tailgating, stevedoring and longshore services at the seaports while ground handling is provided by private local companies at the airports.
