Responsibility
- Provide accurate information about optical products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure high-quality service
- Assist customers with inquiries and product selection
- Perform basic administrative tasks related to customer service
- Update and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
Experience and Qualifications
- Four CXC passes at General Level, Grades I, II, or III
- Proficiency in the English Language
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Experience in a similar role within a customer-focused organization is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and focused
