Job Description

The Family Dental Practice is hiring a qualified Orthodontist to provide high-quality orthodontic care. This role involves diagnosing and treating malocclusions, creating treatment plans, and working collaboratively with other dental professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibility

You will be responsible for providing orthodontic services to our patients, ensuring the highest quality of care. You will collaborate with other dental professionals to offer comprehensive dental solutions and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat dental malocclusions and oral cavity anomalies.
• Design and fabricate appliances, such as braces, aligners, and retainers.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and hygiene.
• Maintain patient records and orthodontic treatment plans.

Experience and Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in Orthodontics from an accredited institution
• Registered with the Medical Board of Dominica
• Proven orthodontic experience preferred
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Dedication to delivering exceptional patient care
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based practice
• Familiarity with modern dental technology and tools
• High standards of professionalism and ethics
