Job Description

Trading International Group (TIG) is seeking the services of an experienced PBS Dealer Management System Consultant to provide comprehensive training and support to our automotive dealership staff. This role is critical in ensuring that our team understands and effectively utilizes the full range of functionalities within the PBS system, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency. The Consultant will work remotely for most of the contract, with periodic travel to our dealership locations within the Eastern Caribbean for in-person training sessions and on-site support.

Experience and Qualifications

The PBS Dealer Management System Consultant should ideally meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working with PBS Dealer Management System.
  • Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations.
  • Speaks English fluently, excellent communication and training skills, both remote and in-person.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system-related issues and provide clear instructions for resolution.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations as required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules.
  • Flexibility to work remotely and adjust to different time zones.
