Responsibility
- Manage daily Ready Cash business operations
- Implement and oversee all sales initiatives
- Lead performance tracking and achieve profitability targets
- Build community and client relationships
- Deliver high standards of customer service
- Align operations with company policies and service expectations
Experience and Qualifications
- First degree in Business, Finance, or Accounts
- At least five years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven success in client acquisition and retention
- Lending experience is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills
- Results-driven and customer-oriented
- Strong decision-making and leadership abilities
