The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, welcome clients, handle inquiries, and maintain appointment schedules. Responsibility
- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the front desk.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 4 CXC subjects.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
