Responsibility

• Greet and assist customers with seating and menu recommendations
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy
• Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas
• Process bills, handle payments, and manage customer inquiries or concerns

Experience and Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle high-pressure service hours and manage multiple tables
• Excellent teamwork and coordination with kitchen and bar staff
• Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak business hours
