Job Description
We are seeking a Storeroom Clerk at Secret Bay! In this role, you will manage inventory, receive and store supplies, and ensure accurate record-keeping. If you are organized and detail-oriented with experience in warehouse or storeroom management, apply now to join our world-class team.
Responsibility
- Receive and inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
- Issue supplies and materials to departments as needed.
- Ensure proper storage of supplies to prevent damage or loss.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain the storeroom for easy access.
- Assist with reordering supplies based on stock levels.
- Coordinate with other departments for timely supply distribution.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate inventory management software.
- Good physical stamina to lift and move supplies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic math skills for tracking and managing inventory.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays if necessary.
