Experience and Qualifications

• Associate's degree in the areas of interest with a GPA of at least 3.0 or its equivalent
• Grade I, اا or ااا In at least 5 0 Levels (CSEC), CAPE or equivalent with a Grade ا In English.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Candidate demonstrates in-depth knowledge and expertise In the specific area of interest applied for, ensuring the ability to effectively teach and convey complex concepts to secondary school students.
• Teaching Experience: Candidate possesses prior teaching experience with secondary school students, showcasing the ability to engage and educate learners effectively.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Candidate displays strong teamwork skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, participate in professional development activities, and contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Strong Communication Skills: Candidate exhibits very good written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Technological Proficiency: Candidate is proficient in utilizing technology for teaching and learning, including a strong understanding of Microsoft Suite, Google Classroom, and other digital tools commonly used in educational settings.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Candidate showcases the ability to adapt teaching methods and strategies to cater to diverse learning needs and accommodate changes In educational practices and technology.
• Continuous Professional Development: Candidate expresses a commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth, demonstrating a willingness to stay updated with the latest educational research, methodologies, and technological advancements.
• Teacher Training: Prior completion of at least one year of teacher training or relevant teaching certification would be advantageous.
• Catholic Background: Having a Catholic background or familiarity with Catholic teachings and values will be considered an asset, as it aligns with the school's ethos and mission.
