The Dominica Football Association (DFA) is offering an exciting employment opportunity for a Technical Officer specializing in Women’s Football. We are seeking a qualified individual ready for immediate employment, who will be dedicated to advancing the technical aspects of our women’s football programs. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in football coaching, player development, and a passion for promoting women in sport. Responsibility

Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing activities geared at increasing the participation of women and girls in the sport of football.

• Organizing and coordinating competitions for women and girls
• Maintaining a database and filing system with information relating to women’s football
• Developing and coordinating grassroots programs for girls
• Supporting the development of a women’s football strategy
• Assisting with talent identification among women’s teams for national duties

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of an associate degree in Sports Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• At least three years of working experience
• Experience in sports administration and coaching
• Knowledge of football rules and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written format
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work as part of a team
