Job Description
Unicomer Dominica Limited (UDL) invites applications for the Temporary Credit Officer position. The successful candidate will contact customers with early arrears to negotiate full payments. Five CXC passes, including English and Mathematics, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail, are required. Experience in a customer-focused role is an advantage.
Responsibility
- Manage early arrears and doubtful accounts.
- Contact customers via telephone to negotiate full payment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to account balances.
- Follow company policies regarding credit and collection procedures.
Experience and Qualifications
- FIVE CXC passes at General Level, Grades I, II or III.
- English Language and Mathematics are Compulsory
- The ability to conduct simple negotiations.
- A similar role in a customer-focused organization will be an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and focused.
