Are you passionate about enhancing skills and fostering professional growth? Trading International Group (TIG) is looking for a Training & Development Officer to join our dynamic team! Based in Canefield, Dominica, this role will support the Group Training & Development Manager by coordinating and executing training programs across our organization.
Responsibility
- Conduct and participate in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skills gaps
- Assist in the implementation and delivery of training programs
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including participant registration, room setup, and material preparation
- Track training KPIs, maintain records, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement
Experience and Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in training and development or a similar role
- Willingness to travel locally and overseas
