Premium Home Care and Residential Services (PHARCS) is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to help maintain the efficiency and cleanliness of our kitchen operations. Responsibility

• Assist with food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
• Ensure the kitchen area is clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
• Help with dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Assist in the proper storage and labeling of food items.
• Support the kitchen team in managing food waste and recycling efforts.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• You must have a current Food Handler's Permit.
