DBiz Partners with Ministry of Education, donating printers to Schools.

The Dominica Business Systems is partnering with the Ministry of Education to provide Xerox printers to Dominican schools at no equipment cost.

The company on Friday, made its latest donation of a printer to the Pierre Charles Secondary School as part of its Zero Rentals initiative.

‘These are challenging times for us as a company and country, but notwithstanding that, with these adverse times, we have to be innovative in how we can help each other. These printers will deliver prints, scans to email, automatic 2-side printing, scan to and print from USB among other features,” said Joffa Peters, Sales and Services Manager at Dominica Business Systems.

The company has already made donations of printers to the St. Mary’s Academy, Wesley High School, Isaiah Thomas Primary School, Castle Bruce Secondary School, Portsmouth Secondary School Trafalgar Primary School, Massacre Primary School, Roosevelt Douglas Primary School, and the Wills Strathmore Stevens Primary School.

Senior Education Officer for Secondary Schools Nazarine Williams-Titre welcomed the company’s assistance to the Ministry of Education.

She said the company’s donation came at an opportune time when schools were preparing to print on a large scale ahead of end of year exams.

Dominica Business Systems is a local Xerox distributor and office solutions supplier.
