FLOW’s Store on Wheels is Rolling into Your Community!
Flow Dominica rolled out its latest innovation on Friday with the launch of ‘Store on Wheels’. This new initiative is being touted as part of the company’s revolutionizing of its customer retail experience.
The Store on Wheels, the first of its kind within the telecommunications space in Dominica, is equipped to provide all the great products and services available at the Flow Experience Center, the company’s main flagship location.
Some of the transactions accessible via the Store on Wheels include:
- Bill Payment via credit and debit card
- Billing and service queries
- New Sales, upgrades to existing accounts
- Product Information
- Equipment Exchange
The full-service S-O-W experience will allow customers to purchase the latest smartphones, sign up for a new service, log a fault, pay their bill, or simply make an inquiry.
As the leading telecommunications services provider, Flow understands that each customer is unique in the services he or she requires. “This ‘Store on Wheels’ is investing and delivering those needs to our customers across the length and breadth of Dominica”, noted Flow’s Country Manager, Sharon Jemmott. She believes this new initiative by Flow Dominica will change the landscape of how customers are served. “Customers are becoming increasingly sophisticated and innovations like the Store on Wheels are simplifying the way they access our products and services by bringing it right to their doorsteps”, she stated.
Flow’s website, social media platforms, and other mediums will be utilized to update customers on the Store on Wheels schedule.
