Jolly’s Pharmacy is celebrating its 40th anniversary with the theme “With Growth Comes Responsibility, Building community Together”. The pharmacy’s head of sales and public relations officer, Carlton Languedoc, said the theme will underscore the pharmacy’s operations and activities throughout this year.
Languedoc said the pharmacy has worked assiduously over the past decades to better the lives of Dominicans in the areas of health and wellness. He said the pharmacy also worked had at building communities, fostering better relationships, and creating a better society for all. He added that the pharmacy also promoted specialized programmes aimed at health education and awareness in all spheres of private and public life.
“I believe that we have set a great platform in terms of our human resource morals here at Jolly’s, and with strategic planning we have made some good strides,” he said.
The company publicist revealed that Jolly’s is executing lots of activities for public health in 2020, but the pharmacy will hold its Customer Appreciation Week in the third week of July. Pharmacy staff will be very visible during this celebration and all members of the public will be carried along.
Jolly’s Pharmacy won Caribbean’s Best Pharmacy for 2018 and Caribbean’s second-best pharmacy for 2016.
