- Assistant Secretary Treasurer – Wanou Joseph
- Public Relations Officer – Giselle Francis

- Representative of Differently Abled Kalinago Youth – Ricky Barry
The KYC had been officially redundant since 2015 but the reconstitution of a new leadership is expected to revive the council and advance the welfare of youths in Kalinago Territory.
The new vice president, Adicia Burton, said the new leadership will work to increase Kalinago youths participation in territorial and national affairs. She said the executives will increase advocacy for indigenous youths as well as campaign for a sustainable future for all youths across the country. The President of the National Youth Council of Dominica (NYCD), Ashma McDougall, said the election of new KYC executives had been the focal effort for recently-installed NYCD executives. She said this will boost engagement and empowerment for youth organizations in the country, and for all youths everywhere to have a united voice at fighting for developmental rights.
