Tarish Pit Man to Invest $700,000 Super 6 Lottery Winning Into Truck Business
Akel Rossi, a 29-year-old truck driver from Tarish Pit, is the winner of the Super 6 lottery draw in Dominica. Rossi won a $700,000 jackpot with a ticket he bought at ACS 711 in Pottersville on August 2, 2022. After being presented with his cheque, Rossi stated that he will invest his winning into his trucking occupation since he is a truck driver.
The Dominica National Lotteries is played in all four Windward Islands and the latest draw took place on Thursday, August 18, 2022. Rossi is the fourth person to win the Super 6 Jackpot this year and the second from Dominica. He expressed his pleasure at winning the lottery, saying he was elated on learning that the numbers which he only picked at random emerged the winner.
The Sales and Marketing Manager at the National Lottery Office, Kent George, expressed great delight at presenting Rossi’s $700,000 cheque to him. He said members of the lottery office are often elated at presenting cheque winnings to lottery winners. He noted that winnings are designed to change the lives of people and that winners should invest wisely to safeguard their future.
