Transition to Dominica’s E-Passport Mobile Application Units

The Ministry of National Security and Home Affairs wishes to announce the commencement of registration for the Commonwealth of Dominica e-passport via MOBILE APPLICATION UNITS.

The process will commence on the 07th of February, 2022. Please note that registration will take place at selected communities, at various Police Stations.

Registration means the acceptance of passport application forms with all necessary documents.

Along with the application forms, you must submit:

  • 2 passport-sized photos
  • Original copies of your birth certificate
  • Original copies of Marriage Certificates, Certificates of Naturalisation, Adoption Certificates, Birth Certificate of parent where the circumstances warrant
  • The fees for passports remain $150 for adults and $75 for children.

Passport application forms and complete instruction forms are available at all police stations island-wide and online at the official government website at www.dominica.gov.dm.

Please note that photographs can be taken by the immigration staff on-site during the processing of the application.
