VF Inc’s to host 10th Annual Phenomenal Caribbean Women Symposium
VF Inc, will be hosting its 10th Annual Phenomenal Caribbean Women Symposium from January 24- 26th, 2020, at the Cabrits National Park, Portsmouth, with the main event scheduled for January 25th, 2020 from 8am to 6pm, under the theme “What You Conceive You Can Achieve Because God Has The Power To Deliver What He Promises”.
The Objectives of the Symposium are to:
- Celebrate the successes of Caribbean Women
- Allow Caribbean Women to tell their stories of success, triumph over adversity, challenges, pain, joy and blessings
- Inspire Women to determine, re-discover and achieve their life’s purpose.
- Demonstrate that achieving one’s life purpose is possible
- Develop a Personal Action Plan towards achieving one Life’s Purpose
- Reaffirm the role of women as Healers of the Nation
- Establish a network of support and opportunities for women
Our speakers for the 10th Phenomenal Caribbean Women symposium are
- Dr. Cleopatra Doumbia – Henry, President of World Maritime University
- Mrs. Tina Alexander – Executive Director, Lifeline Ministries,
- Dr. Marcia Annisette – Full Professor Schulich School of Business, York University
- Mrs. Jennifer White – Former Chief Establishment Officer, Government of Dominica.
The presenters will be telling their experiences of hope, joy, faith, love and triumph over adversity, pain and challenges.
To commemorate the 10th Anniversary of the PCWS, there will be a publication of all stories from Year 1 through 10. There will be mini symposiums on January 24, 2019 from 3pm – 6pm on a number of areas including, Health & Wellness, Small Business Management, Beauty & Cosmetology, Culture and Consciousness. We culminate with a picnic on Sunday, January 26, 2019. This symposium promises to be a powerfully inspirational experience and we encourage all women to participate.
