Responsibility
- Answer incoming calls and take customer orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams for order fulfillment
- Ensure proper order entry and payment processing
- Maintain a professional and friendly phone demeanor
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Proficiency in handling phone and online orders
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order entry
- Have excellent customer service skills
