Lerr’s Italian Style Pizza is looking for a Pizza Dough Maker to prepare fresh, high-quality dough for our signature pizzas. If you have kitchen experience, attention to detail, and a passion for food preparation, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced culinary team.

Responsibility

• Prepare fresh pizza dough daily using the company’s recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients according to specifications
• Maintain proper dough consistency, texture, and storage conditions
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness in the food preparation area
• Assist with other kitchen tasks when necessary

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in dough preparation or baking is an advantage
• Strong attention to quality, consistency, and detail
• Willingness to follow recipes and kitchen guidelines
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Are able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Are team players with a positive attitude
• Are available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
