Responsibility
Manages the Restaurant’s production process, its warehouse and inventory. Assists with processes that ensure that the restaurant meets and exceeds established targets for sales, CHAMPS and CER and participates in training and coaching of team members in accordance with CHAMPS and YUM standards.
Experience and Qualifications
- Associate degree training and qualification in Hospitality, Business Administration, or certified specialized food service training.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the food industry or supervisory experience.
- Computer literacy – competent in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook with the ability to learn new applications.
- Valid Driver’s License. Access to a vehicle would be an asset.
- Food Handlers Certificate.
- Ability to lift a minimum weight of 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in below normal temperatures with suitable gears.
